Scotland by Train: Castles, Highlands and Mist
π Dettagli Viaggio
Iβm planning a trip to Scotland and looking for companions to share it with, because some landscapes become even more powerful when you take them in with someone else. The idea is to travel mostly by train β a way to enjoy the journey without stress, letting the Highlands roll past like a film outside the window.
Weβll visit Edinburgh, with its gothic charm and story-filled alleyways, then head toward Fort William and Inverness, where the mountains seem to breathe. It wonβt be a rushed trip: Iβd rather wander around ancient castles and watch the mist lift from the loch than race through a checklist.
Weβll stay in small hotels and guesthouses. Evenings can be quiet, maybe in pubs where traditional music springs up naturally.
Iβm looking for calm, curious people who want to share the experience.
