Weekend in Budapest: Thermal Baths and Walks Along the Danube
📋 Dettagli Viaggio
I’m planning a long weekend in Budapest and I’d love to find 4–6 people to share the trip with. The idea is to experience the city without rushing, alternating moments of discovery with quiet conversations over a coffee or in a thermal bath. Budapest attracts me for its elegant but unpretentious atmosphere, its history, and its pace of life that seems to invite you to slow down and breathe.
We’ll explore both Buda and Pest together: we’ll walk up to the castle hill, cross Liberty Bridge, and stop to watch the Danube at sunset. I’d like to dedicate at least half a day to the Széchenyi or Gellért baths, because I believe that sharing a moment of relaxation is one of the nicest ways to truly get to know each other.
We’ll stay in a small central hotel or apartment, so we can move around on foot or by tram, without complications. I’m a calm person — I enjoy walking, observing, and tasting local specialties. No tight schedules: I have a few ideas about what to see, but I’d love to decide the daily rhythm together.
If you like the idea of a simple, warm trip where we talk, share, and enjoy being together, we might be the right group. The only thing I ask is a gentle spirit and a willingness to be together without rushing and without the pressure of “having to see everything.”
