Japan in 14 days: Tokyo, Kyoto and Hiroshima are too many stages?

I am building my first itinerary in Japan for the second half of November. I have 14 actual nights and I was thinking in Tokyo 5, Kyoto 5, Hiroshima 2 with one night in Miyajima and the last 2 back in Tokyo. The doubt is whether hotel changes and jet lag make everything more tiring than it looks on paper.
