Road trip in Puglia in August: how to avoid living in parking?

We will have nine days and a car, entering from Bari and leaving from Brindisi in the week of Ferragosto. The temporary itinerary includes Polignano, Valle d’Itria, Ostuni, Lecce and two days of sea.
