These terms govern the use of Journey Buddies, a community that allows users to publish travel proposals, request to participate and communicate with each other.

Accounts and access

To use community features, you need to provide correct data, check your email address and protect your credentials. You are responsible for the activities carried out by your account.

Ads and participation

Ads are published by users. Dates, costs, routes, documents, insurance and economic agreements must be verified directly among participants. The platform does not sell tourist packages and does not replace a travel agency.

Conducted in the community

False, offensive, discriminatory, illegal, unsolicited promotional content or other security practices are not allowed. It is forbidden to use personal messages and data for spam, harassment or foreign purposes to travel.

User Content

Keep the rights to the content you post and give the platform the necessary permission to show and distribute them within the service. You must have the rights on texts and images uploaded.

Moderation

Ads, stories and profiles can be controlled, suspended or removed when violating these terms, law or community security.

Liability

Each user independently evaluates people, destinations and travel conditions. Before departure, verify the identity, documents, health requirements and official indications of the competent authorities.
